We aim to make your experience of working with us as easy and hassle-free as we can.
To achieve this we are constantly reviewing the way we deliver our services. The key element is our superb team. Running a close second are our systems, principally our IT systems. We have been working hard recently to seek out the optimum suite of systems that will help us to support you. Technology is developing at a fast rate and accountants are no different in needing to keep up. In the last couple of years we have modernized or changed just about every system we use, and we will continue to keep them under review.
Data protection is a key concern for us as you trust us with a significant amount of personal and confidential information. Emails are the most common method of data transfer these days but unencrypted emails are extremely vulnerable to hacking. To keep your data as safe as we can, we will encrypt any email we send you that contains personal information. You can also use these emails to send encrypted data back to us. We have also set up a client portal, which will soon be available via the Client Logins page on this website, where we will put documents such as accounts and tax returns so that you can have secure access to them 24/7.
Our email newsletter has been replaced by the “News” page on this website. Check in regularly to see new items or follow us on Facebook and Twitter, as all new articles will be announced there. Articles will include tax news, news about the firm, articles on business issues, reminders about upcoming deadlines, and hints and tips for making the most of Xero.
We have also built up a network of contacts in banking and finance, the law, financial services, and many other professions, so if you’d like a recommendation (we usually provide at least two for every situation) we can provide them.
